On Monday we were lucky to have a new student join us so a very big welcome to Hannah and her family who have just arrived from Melbourne. We are looking forward to having you join our awesome class!!on joining
We also have student teacher Mr Walton joining us for this first week and he will return later in the year.
As it is ANZAC day tomorrow, we have been hard at work learning about the soldiers who sacrificed themselves in the Great War. We brainstormed everything we knew and this is what we came up with
We have made our own Poppy to wear tomorrow, so make sure you remind us to wear them, and we learnt a special song for our ANZAC service assembly. Liam and Brylee were excellent representatives of Rm 12 when they confidently went up in front of the school and recited a poem
They were awesome!
We have enjoyed learning about ANZAC day, some of us will be going to the Dawn Parades and cant wait to share all about it on Thursday.
